LEVEL 2:

Beginner + Refresher

Thread a sewing machine
Wind and load a bobbin
Sew a straight stitch
Can change sewing feet
Adjust stitch and tension settings
Read a simple sewing pattern
Use scissors and a seam ripper

Familiarity with these... knowing what it's like to "go through the motions" is more important than how recently you've actually practiced.
